Sign up for our online pilates classes ranging from beginners to improvers/intermediate, move more freely, feel stronger and in control of your body. Take some time for yourself and help calm your mind.
These classes are for anyone that has previously joined our face to face or online pilates classes and has been recently screened by one of our instructors. If you would like to sign up and have not attended any of our classes before please contact us on 01539 725 220 or [email protected] to speak to our team before starting any classes.
As in any pilates class please make sure you always listen to your body and work within your limits, work at a level that you can control and feels comfortable.
If you need any advice on the classes please don’t hesitate to contact us and speak to our admin team who, if needed, will be able to speak to one of the instructors for you.
